B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in global healthcare, is seeking a Quality Lead I for our Sun team within the Quality Assurance & Testing department. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our medical devices and pharmaceutical products. The role demands a proactive approach in maintaining our commitment to environmental sustainability and healthcare outcomes. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures for medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Organize and conduct internal audits and support external audits. Manage corrective and preventive action systems, documenting and resolving any nonconformities. Evaluate current QA technologies and systems for effectiveness and efficiency, recommending improvements. Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to integrate sustainability practices into product development. Train team members on quality assurance practices and new regulatory changes. Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools Excellent leadership and team management skills Experience with regulatory compliance and standards in the healthcare industry Proficient in data analysis and statistical techniques Ability to manage projects and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance 401k Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
