Job Description:
A company is looking for a Universal Sales Care Representative
to work in an inside sales role, selling and supporting dental
savings plans.
Key Responsibilities
Identify consumer needs and recommend appropriate dental savings
plans
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance goals in a
high-performing sales environment
Educate consumers on product features and manage the enrollment
process through inbound and outbound calls
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of call center sales experience
High-energy personality with a strong sales orientation
Ability to exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
consistently
Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Bilingual (English and Spanish) or multilingual is a plus
