Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative (Part
Time).
Key Responsibilities:
Project a professional attitude and support large volumes of
inbound and outbound contacts
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
while maintaining ownership of casework
Keep detailed records in the agent ticketing system and maintain
awareness of client updates and policy changes
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
A minimum of 1 year of service experience with high levels of
customer engagement
Basic understanding of health insurance terminology preferred
Ability to work effectively in a contact center environment under
pressure
Experience working in a remote position with strong data entry
skills
