-Must have excellent customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Must be a quick learner and detail oriented -Team Player
-Provides outstanding customer service
-Answer inbound calls and willing to do cold calling when needed.
-Accurately assesses caller requests, answers caller inquires and process requests
-Handle calls/emails regarding product inquiries, and process orders in computer system.
-Other duties assigned
