Access.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot EHR system
issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and
security patches
Assist in testing and validating system changes and
enhancements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
0 - 3 years of applicable IT or healthcare experience required
Epic certification required within three months of class completion
or six months of hire
