Job Description:
HumanGood is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategy
and execution of demand-generation marketing for a portfolio of
Life Plan Communities. This role is highly collaborative, working
closely with Sales leaders to drive qualified leads, improve
conversion, and support occupancy and revenue goals. Overview of
responsibilities: Own localized marketing strategies that generate
leads and support sales conversion Partner closely with Sales
Directors and Executive Directors across assigned communities
Direct our paid digital agency in messaging and creative
development for paid digital ads. Plan and promote year-round
on-campus events; test and refine new formats and content Oversee
online presence (websites, Google Business Profiles, social,
directories) Track performance using Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI,
and related tools; optimize based on results Ensure all marketing
reflects HumanGood’s brand, mission, and values To be successful in
this role, you would have: 5 years of hands-on marketing experience
(client-side and/or agency) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Communications, Business, or related field Proven ability to lead
strategy, not just manage projects Strong collaboration skills and
comfort partnering with sales teams Experience with campaign
testing, analytics, and performance optimization Excellent
communication, project management, and creative briefing skills
Ability to travel occasionally ~30 days of travel per year Senior
living or hospitality marketing experience is a plus What's in it

$90,000-110,000 depending on experience and location Location :
this position is remote with some travel (around 30 days per year).
