Job Description:
A company is looking for a PCBA Estimation Lead to manage cost
estimation activities for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies
(PCBAs).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the cost estimation process for PCBA projects, including new
product introduction and mass production
Analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to gather necessary data
Develop cost models and present cost breakdowns to internal
stakeholders while identifying cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics,
Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, estimation, or
sourcing
Strong understanding of SMT processes and PCB fabrication
Proficiency with BOM tools and cost estimation software
U.S. citizenship required for employment eligibility
