Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Investigator/Auditor
P&CR.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the investigation and remediation of suspected incidents of
discrimination or privacy violations
Participate in OCR and other regulatory audits, meetings, and
initiatives
Develop and monitor compliance of regulatory deliverables and
corrective actions, including reporting and requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Compliance, Investigative or Privacy certification such as CHC,
CHPS, or comparable designation required or obtained within 12
months of placement; a JD or MJ will be accepted in lieu of
certification
Minimum three (3) years of healthcare experience required
Minimum one (1) year of experience in investigation compliance,
human resources, auditing, or legal work directly with state &
federal regulatory agencies
