A company is looking for a Retail Mortgage Loan Officer.
Key Responsibilities

Gather and review necessary application loan documentation
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory rules while maintaining production standards
Promote mortgage products and services while delivering exemplary customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current or previous loan officer experience
Understanding of the mortgage business and related products
Proven ability to build relationships with realtors and other professionals
Strong negotiation skills and a passion for closing deals
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with MS Office products
