Job Description:
A company is looking for a RCM Quality Performance Associate
responsible for supporting MACRA and Dictation Feedback program
initiatives within the revenue cycle management department.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and manage data to support strategic decisions and ensure
data quality standards
Build and maintain Smartsheets and automation for RCM Quality
workflows
Monitor MACRA and Dictation Feedback performance; create scorecards
and review coder compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle
experience, preferred
Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD 10 and CMS Quality Payment Program,
preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint),
required
Experience with Excel formula generation, Pivot Tables, and
VLOOKUPs, preferred
Proficiency with Smartsheet software and SQL Server Management
Studio, preferred
