Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Resource Center
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a daily contact for employees and management regarding
personnel actions, new hire paperwork, and pay and benefits
questions
Project a friendly and professional image at all times
Review multiple data points to provide accurate answers and adjust
notes for changes in benefits, contracts, and policies
Required Qualifications
Vocational business training or college coursework; AA degree
preferred
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources
department or healthcare administration
Minimum four (4) years in service or call center support or two (2)
years of leadership experience may be considered in lieu of HR
experience
Experience with employee benefits, policies/procedures, and union
contracts preferred
Experience with computer software applications and/or high volume
call center; healthcare environment experience preferred
