Job Description:
A company is looking for a dedicated VMAP Kellar Care Navigator
to assist families and patients in accessing behavioral health
care.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain documentation and database for the Virginia Mental Health
Access Program (VMAP)
Collaborate with VMAP Regional Hub Teams to ensure program
success
Link primary care providers and families to appropriate behavioral
health services based on needs and insurance status
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Two years of experience in Community Social Services or Education
System
Experience working with adolescents or in community health work is
preferred
Experience in family peer support is preferred
Spanish speaking is preferred
