Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relations Support Associate to
build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals,
patients, and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with referral sources such as
long-term care facilities and healthcare professionals
Educate patients and caregivers about services, including Medicare
and insurance guidelines
Facilitate patient transitions from hospitals to home health or
hospice services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of experience in healthcare, customer service, or
a related field
Remote position available only in WA State
Two years of payroll-related experience preferred
Prior recruiting experience is preferred
