Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative to
support the development and maintenance of strategic relationships
with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain successful day-to-day client relationships
through detailed business engagement
Support implementation processes and champion department
initiatives to resolve customer service and operational issues
Create and analyze client reporting to reflect performance and
trends, identifying potential process improvements
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma and 4 years of related experience;
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or sales in the
healthcare industry
Experience with RFP responses and marketing initiatives
preferred
Project management experience preferred
Knowledge of healthcare and managed care products
