Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to manage
scheduling and communication with prospective patients.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule in-home assessments for prospective patients with Clinical
Liaison field representatives
Handle inbound calls and maintain communication with patients and
referral sources
Document all calls and tasks in Salesforce while tracking daily
assessments and participating in team meetings
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to work 11:00am to 7:30pm or 11:30am to 8:00pm EST, Monday
through Friday
Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience
Experience in outbound/inbound call center or scheduling
preferred
Working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce or similar
software
