JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Legal research, drafting documents such as discovery, motions, briefs, pleadings, preparing deposition outlines/summaries, trial preparation and communicating with the clients Highly effective, trusted, and respected thought partner to business clients. Ability to balance speed and accuracy within a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of business ethics, compliance, and legitimacy in business dealings. Highly strategic and consequential thinker. Capable of leading without authority, in a spirit of collaboration. Flexible, enthusiastic, ambitious, and possesses an inherent intellectual curiosity about business, law, markets, customers, operations, people, and processes. Broad experience with specific expertise in some of the areas mentioned above. Requirements: KGSW is seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney with 6-8 years of extensive litigation experience. The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and hold an active membership with the California Bar.This position requires significant expertise in real property, homeowner, business litigation, and general counsel work with a proven track record of achieving favorable case outcomes. The successful candidate should be able to:· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. Ability to independently handle complex litigation cases from inception to resolution. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex legal concepts effectively. A self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and within a team.
