Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Attorney to manage the
creation, negotiation, review, and execution of contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review various contracts and legal documents
Negotiate contract terms with internal clients and external
parties
Provide legal advice on contract obligations and compliance with
laws
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Contracts Attorney or in a related
legal role, preferably in a nonprofit environment
Juris Doctorate required
Active license to practice law in Virginia or ability to obtain it
within 6 months; Alabama licensure preferred
Advanced understanding of contract law and commercial terms
Experience with contract management software preferred
