Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Site Lead to manage an
Agile team in maintaining DoD Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile transformation efforts and coach teams to deliver
secure, high-quality products
Facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration across the
program
Serve as on-site management, interfacing with government customers
and ensuring project outcomes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in managing large-scale cloud
initiatives in an Agile environment
Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology,
Cybersecurity, or related field
DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE) and Certified
Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certification
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, and
knowledge of cloud environments (Azure preferred)
Ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance
