Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Technical Lead to oversee the
design, development, and maintenance of their Salesforce CRM
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CRM team, ensuring high-quality solutions and
operational data
Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations,
including data migrations and system integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements
into technical solutions and maintain a roadmap for continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a
related field; relevant certifications preferred
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and
administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and development
frameworks
Experience with Azure cloud resources for systems integrations
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management
tools
