Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Manager specializing in
SharePoint and Service Now.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the delivery and engineering of Microsoft Office
365 collaboration services
Support and maintain Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related
products including Power Platform
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain service
quality standards
Required Qualifications
Active DOD Secret clearance
Current IAT Level III Certification
One of the following certifications: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA,
CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a
related technical field
10-15 years of experience in delivery and engineering
management
