Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support
Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve questions and issues for online merchants using technical
expertise and customer service skills
Communicate effectively through live chat, email, and occasional
phone calls to troubleshoot and escalate issues
Contribute to documentation, identify patterns, and collaborate
with teammates to enhance support processes
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with ticketing technology platforms (e.g., HelpScout,
Zendesk)
2+ years of experience in technical customer support at a SaaS
company or similar
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to work flexible shifts and remotely
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to reporting
potential incidents
