The Human Resources Specialist position is a key resource in shaping the employee experience and building strong rapport with employees and leaders. We will be looking to you to own the people data in your region, and proactively connect with employees in providing HR information and resources, in addition to being a welcoming first-line contact to new hires transitioning from onboarding to orientation. We'll also need your analysis skills to identify trends and process challenges along with your ideas on ways to work smarter. You won't be alone on this journey; this position offers the unique opportunity to partner with HR colleagues and cross functional team members on the development, implementation and execution of people projects. If you share a similar passion for nurturing and empowering the success of others, along with the opportunity to have an impact on the lives of others, we are eager to connect with you! + People Resource: knowledgeable resource for HR inquiries keeping in mind our mission of providing a positive employee experience with each and every interaction+ People Data and Systems: owns and acts as a subject matter expert for region employee data administration and provides a consultative approach to information for all data requests; assists with audit projects; is primary contact for process and system training for HR colleagues and leaders+ Employee Engagement and Development: partners with leaders and employee on interpreting guidelines and corresponding application through guidance of region HR partners + Associate's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred+ Minimum one-year work experience in a Human Resources and/or Administrative role+ Strong time management, organization and attention to the details+ Solid communication and collaboration skills, along with a passion for connecting with others+ Desire to cultivate positive working relationships, supports the team to reach common goals, and listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of others+ Demonstrated confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in all situations+ Familiarization with HRIS and ATS systems; UKG and iCims preferred+ Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel)Please note: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
