Job Description Job Description About the Job: As an Assistant
General Manager , you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's
success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding
brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by
example—training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver
unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do
you! In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations
in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions
and driving the team toward excellence. We believe in having fun

You'll work a 45-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 5
hours at time-and-a-half, providing a balanced and rewarding work
experience. The Day-to-Day: Ensure consistent customer satisfaction
by effectively modeling the MIC Success Routine and prioritizing
customer needs. Oversee team members' adherence to Shift Excellence
responsibilities, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold
core operational excellence. Take charge of restaurant operations
in the GM's absence. Collaborate with the GM to assess team
performance, providing ongoing, constructive, and positive
feedback. Address employee relations issues as they arise,
resolving them directly or escalating to the GM when necessary.
Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team
members while fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and
belonging. Act like an owner by supporting Profit & Loss
management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory
maintenance, and labor management. Review financial reports and
take appropriate actions to optimize performance. Support the GM in
facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are
consistently met. Is This You? 3 years of restaurant or retail
management experience. Experience assisting with P&L
management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory
maintenance, labor management, and financial reporting. Ability to
ensure all employees receive proper training and resources. A
champion of Taco Bell’s culture and values, promoting equity,
inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant. Skilled in leading
efforts for individual and team recognition, collaboration, and
motivation. Talent for identifying and recruiting exceptional team
members, supporting the GM in the hiring process. Strong
communication skills for conducting performance appraisals,
managing disciplinary action, and motivating and training
employees. Committed to upholding corporate policies, procedures,
and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards. Comfortable
