of Hawaii. About the Role Rula is seeking a mission-driven
Compliance Manager to safeguard the integrity of our behavioral
health network and drive day-to-day compliance excellence.
Reporting to the Director of Compliance, you will lead end-to-end
investigations into compliance and ethics while providing strategic
advisory support to our Clinical, Business Operations, and Billing
teams. You will translate complex state and federal regulations
into practical guidance, manage provider licensure board reporting,
and architect scalable policies that balance risk with our mission
to expand access to care. Through rigorous auditing and
cross-functional collaboration, you will identify systemic risks
and ensure robust remediation, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement across the organization. Required Qualifications 5
years of experience in healthcare compliance, including policy
development, regulatory interpretation, and program implementation
3 years conducting or supporting compliance investigations Minimum
of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Experience collaborating with
business and other key stakeholders (i.e. Legal) on compliance
concerns and risks Strong and concise communication skills,
verbally and in writing Demonstrated experience interpreting and
applying healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidance, OIG
compliance program guidance, and other applicable federal and state
healthcare laws Preferred Qualifications While having the preferred
qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not

those who may not meet every preferred requirement. Master’s Degree
and/or Juris Doctor or equivalent advanced training in healthcare
law, compliance, or public health 2 years of experience in
telehealth, privacy and/or behavioral health compliance 2 years of
experience conducting compliance audits and risk assessments
Certification in general healthcare compliance Experience working
with customer support and healthcare systems such as Zendesk, EHR
platforms, and Salesforce, with the ability to navigate multiple
tools efficiently to manage cases, document interactions, and
