Combination of medical and psychiatric background. Description:
Provide care for patients aged 60 years and older in a short-term
acute psychiatric setting. Work as part of a team of 2-3 RNs per
shift. Ensure high standards of care and support for geriatric
patients. Participate in the treatment planning and implementation
of therapeutic interventions. Maintain patient safety and
well-being at all times. Demonstrate effective communication and
collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Understand the
call-off policy that allows for the cancellation of one shift per
pay period. Adhere to all credentialing requirements, including
