Responsibilities - Manage a full outpatient nephrology panel including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, and related conditions. - Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals. - Provide patient education on renal disease, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. - Participate in quality improvement and practice development initiatives. Qualifications - MD or DO from an accredited medical school. - Board-Certification or Board-Eligibility in Nephrology. - Active CA medical license (or ability to obtain). - Excellent clinical skills with strong interpersonal communication. - Commitment to personalized, high-quality patient care.
