Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Escondido,
California, offering both on-site and remote options for
professionals experienced in educational settings. This role
supports students through tailored speech and language therapy
within a school environment and is open to full-time or part-time
candidates who hold the required credentials. Qualifications and
Experience: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or
equivalent Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
State licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
Experience in school settings is preferred but not mandatory
Exposure to Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and AAC devices
is an advantage Teletherapy experience required if opting for the
remote position Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and
comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and
communication disorders Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs Deliver
therapy sessions in individual or group formats to enhance
communication abilities Collaborate closely with educators,
parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and
monitor progress Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of
