Torrance, California Base Salary: $152,000 $239,000 Employment
Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and
dedicated RN Nurse Manager Operating Room to provide clinical and
administrative leadership for perioperative services in a leading
medical center located in Torrance, California. The Nurse Manager
will oversee the total operations and clinical team members of the
Operating Room, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and
efficient departmental performance. This is an excellent
opportunity for a skilled perioperative nurse leader who is
passionate about advancing surgical care, mentoring teams, and

clinical excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Provide
leadership, direction, and administrative oversight for the
Operating Room department on a 24-hour basis. Ensure delivery of
safe, high-quality nursing care aligned with organizational
standards and regulatory requirements. Manage staffing, scheduling,
and team performance to maintain optimal workflow and efficiency.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and
multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Promote a
culture of safety, teamwork, and professional growth among staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure
compliance with best practices and accreditation standards.
Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire. Current
BLS certification (American Heart Association). Minimum 5 years of
RN experience in a hospital or acute care setting. Minimum 5 years
of direct clinical experience in an Operating Room within a
hospital. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (Charge RN,
Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, or Manager). Preferred
Qualifications Masters Degree in Nursing or Healthcare
Administration preferred. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:
$152,000 $239,000 annually (based on experience, qualifications,
and internal equity). Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Bonus
