Job Title: Registered Nurse – Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Location: Orange, CA Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts Assignment Type: Contract / Travel Compensation: $2,400 – $2,500 per week (estimated total package) Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Orange, California . The PICU RN will provide specialized, compassionate care to critically ill pediatric patients in a high-acuity setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in urgent situations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill infants, children, and adolescents. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment. Administer medications, IV fluids, and therapies as prescribed by physicians. Operate and monitor advanced life-support equipment, including ventilators and infusion pumps. Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Support and educate patients’ families throughout the care process.
