Per Diem ICU RN (Day or Night Shift) Position Summary: We are
seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our critical care team on a per diem basis in California. The
ideal candidate will have experience in high-acuity environments,
strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to respond quickly
to changes in patient conditions. This role is perfect for RNs
looking for flexible scheduling while delivering exceptional,
life-saving care. Key Responsibilities: -Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients
-Perform complex assessments, administer medications, and manage
ventilators, drips, and other critical care equipment -Respond to
emergencies and rapid changes in patient condition with urgency and
precision -Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, respiratory
therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams -Accurately document
all care, interventions, and changes in patient status -Adhere to
infection control, safety protocols, and hospital standards of care
-Float to similar critical care units as needed based on staffing
