Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Consultant to provide
vital support and resources to members navigating their healthcare
journeys.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of member needs and eligibility
using care management tools and data analysis
Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitoring
progress and making necessary adjustments
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and
effective care
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or human services or a
non-licensed master-level clinician in a related field
2+ years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or a
related field
Proficiency with standard corporate software applications,
including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple
priorities
