Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring clinical accuracy and execution of patient
prescriptions
Verification of hard copy and digital Rx's
Communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and
technicians via phone and email
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
Active license in state of residence
Experience with pharmacist verification work
Clinical Judgement Expertise
Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa, a plus
