Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coder II, working outside the city in
Revenue Integrity - Coding, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and code diagnostic and procedural information
using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding
Assign and sequence codes while applying regulatory coding
guidelines and organizational policies
Ensure accurate coding and abstraction of various medical records
to meet financial goals
Required Qualifications
Three years of coding experience in a healthcare setting
Certification such as CCA, CCS, CIC-ICD, COC, CPC, RHIA, or
RHIT
Experience in an acute care setting is desired
High school diploma or equivalent
