Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Sourcer (Contract,
Full-Time) to support their Talent team in sourcing healthcare
professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source licensed and pre-licensed clinicians using
various platforms
Cultivate and maintain diverse pipelines of qualified
candidates
Engage passive candidates through compelling outreach and
collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in
healthcare or behavioral health
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
Demonstrated success in engaging and converting passive
candidates
Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus
Passion for mental health and the organization's mission
