• Parker Aerospace Group is a worldwide leader in multiple Commercial and Military Aerospace product lines.JOB DESIGNATIONThe Division Contracts Manager leads the contract management function for a large division, site, or a major sub-team, responsible for major contracts, negotiations, and analysis of strategic importance to business performance.JOB CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages and is accountable for the performance of military and commercial contracts for all Divisional programs.
  • Contributes to meeting business objectives and participates in strategic planning at the Division level.
  • Provides expert advice and interpretation of legal contract and subcontract terms and conditions.
  • Provides front line management of customer order entry, contracts, and trade compliance function team members.
  • Establishes direction for functional team and direct reports.
  • Responsible for Division implementation of and compliance with Parker export compliance policies and procedures.Other responsibilities as assigned
    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.JOB SPECIFICATIONS
      • This role requires a Bachelor degree (BA) in Business Administration or a related discipline.
      • Advanced Contract management certification required.
      • 10+ years of related experience, including five years in a leadership role.
      • 5+ years of experience in US Government contracting vehicles.
