Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Risk to lead its Fraud, Risk,
and Disputes organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company-wide risk and dispute management
strategy
Lead the end-to-end fraud strategy and manage risk for card issuing
and acquiring
Own the lifecycle of disputes and chargebacks, ensuring compliance
with regulations
Qualifications
20+ years of experience in fraud and risk operations in payments or
fintech
Demonstrated senior leadership experience in both issuing and
acquiring fraud domains
Expertise in various fraud typologies and applicable
regulations
Operationally strong with a metrics-focused approach to
solutions
Experience building and scaling high-volume fraud and disputes
operations
