A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and
deployment
Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with
Finance and People stakeholders
Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM
Leadership
Required Qualifications
15+ years of industry expertise with 8+ years in sales compensation
strategy or administration
Experience with compensation design in SaaS sales or transformation
environments
High level of professionalism and ability to interact with senior
leaders
Strong problem-solving skills using data and understanding business
risks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
