Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director - Hospital Coding
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee hospital coding operations, ensuring accurate ICD, DRG, and
CPT code assignment
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize documentation and coding
workflows
Develop and manage coding performance indicators and ensure
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health information management, nursing, or a
similar field required
Master's degree in a work-related field preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience required
5+ years of EPIC system user experience, including billing and
clinical documentation
CCS, RHIA, or RHIT certification required
