Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Consulting
Director to lead strategic initiatives and transformation efforts
across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with executives to design and implement strategic
initiatives aligned with business objectives
Engage with high-priority projects, managing pace, scope, and risk
to deliver impactful results
Lead change management efforts and ensure accountability for
successful execution of initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline; Master's
degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
In-depth knowledge of business unit functions and systems
Senior level knowledge of the insurance industry and project
management tools
Ability to drive strategy and implement systems that improve
customer experience and profitability
