Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director for the Ohio
and Western Region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 8 to 10 account executives to drive results in the
assigned territory
Lead growth in bookings and gross profit month over month and
quarter over quarter
Interface with sales staff to track pipeline, drive accountability,
and provide weekly reporting to upper management
Required Qualifications
5 years' experience in selling IT products/services
3 years' experience leading a growth-oriented sales team
Strong experience in forecasting opportunities and managing
pipeline growth
Proven track record in selling professional and managed
services
Sales management background with experience utilizing CRM
software
