Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key
customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Align partnership activities with customer business objectives and
demonstrate measurable value outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success
throughout the lifecycle and drive renewals
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar
customer-facing role in a SaaS or subscription-based business
Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable
of managing multiple tasks and a varied book of business
Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven ability to
build and grow relationships at an executive level
Proficiency with common go-to-market frameworks such as Command of
the Message Framework and MEDDIC
Experience analyzing digital customer experience metrics to
generate actionable recommendations
