Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (North
America).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries on business,
domain, product, and technical areas
Review, validate, and triage technical escalations while driving
account growth
Organize and participate in working groups to improve client
engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Over 4 years of experience in OTC Derivatives or Regulatory
Reporting
Strong focus on client satisfaction and outcomes
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven
environment
Experience in driving product adoption and account growth
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
