Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Non-Clinical Care Management
in the State of Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational management of non-clinical staff supporting
case management and utilization review activities
Develop and maintain departmental policies, staffing protocols,
training programs, and budgets
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and accreditation
standards, and participate in business development activities
Required Qualifications
AA/AS degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
Preferred: BA/BS in a related field
4+ years of healthcare work experience
1+ years of supervisory experience, including financial
management
Preferred: Experience in healthcare management
