Key Responsibilities
Define and champion the product vision and strategy for the CRM
system, aligning with fundraising priorities
Engage with CRM users and stakeholders to understand goals and
enhance user experience
Drive the integration of the CRM with other tools to optimize
workflows and data insights
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in product management and strategy
Experience with CRM systems, particularly CiviCRM
Deep understanding of fundraising operations and the non-profit
sector
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in data analysis to inform product decisions
