We believe a workplace food program should be something employees love and look forward to daily.Position Overview:The Account Manager will oversee a dynamic food & beverage program for a Fooda Enterprise client onsite. This role acts as the primary liaison to client contacts, Fooda's restaurant partners, and is responsible for daily operational performance.The main goal is to create an exceptional customer experience daily. Responsibilities include managing food service operations, meeting and exceeding client objectives, customer expectations, and financial goals. The role requires being based in Los Angeles County and working onsite at the client's corporate campus daily to ensure optimal operations, client engagement, and account management.Who You Are:

  • You have managed hourly or full-time staff.

  • You demonstrate a growth mindset, executing daily operations while implementing new processes for operational excellence.What You Will Be Doing:
    • Supervising daily food service operations across multiple buildings, ensuring a high-quality service experience.
    • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the client.
    • Serving as the primary contact for restaurant partners.
    • Overseeing daily setup and service of popup restaurants and coffee vendors.
    • Managing inventory, ordering, receiving, and restocking products.
    • Creating monthly restaurant schedules to optimize variety and performance.
    • Recruiting, coaching, and managing hourly staff.
    • Developing solutions to enhance the service experience and physical space interaction.
    • Providing on-site and digital customer support.
    • Handling weekly accounting, invoicing, and documentation within Fooda's systems.What We'll Hook You Up With:
