The ideal team member for this role has proven expertise in production, project management, and graphic design. This team member will report directly to our Production Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day graphic design and printing production of our various digital printing equipment. This team member needs to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while being able to take direction and make decisions accordingly. The Production Graphic Designer will work closely with the Production Manager to produce various types of creative signage and interior dcor projects. The primary duties of this position will be to operate and maintain large format print equipment, while maintaining our design workflow. This position plays an intricate role in setting up projects to be produced successfully. The working environment is an open concept collaborative space with state of the art equipment. There will be noise, conversations, and fun throughout the day! Benefits/Perks: Competitive Pay "DOE" Paid Vacation and Holiday Health, Dental, and Vision Matched Retirement and 401K Ongoing Training Opportunities Qualifications for a Successful Print Production Designer: Have a BA in Graphic Design or equivalent certifications or skills Creative individual who is highly motivated to share their passion and skills Detail oriented, with a focus on quality work in a timely manner Ability to handle stress and deadlines efficiently and confidently Able to implement constructive feedback Able to maintain the scope of work across a variety of projects Set the day-to-day workflow for print production Able to maintain database of project files Able to effectively communicate with all areas of the business (sales, design, production) Proficient skills/knowledge in Adobe CS5 or higher Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs Qualifications that set you apart: Prepress and printing experience Experience in operating and maintaining large format print equipment Experience with color corrections and visual communication production Experience in typography, environmental design, and design concepts Ability to determine the best output method for the particular job Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work We conduct pre employment personality tests as well as a paid day job shadow/placement fit assessment.
