Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Editor to ensure
high-quality editorial work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and proofread print and digital materials for consistency with
style guidelines
Collaborate with departments to maintain content quality and adhere
to timelines
Fact-check referenced information and maintain style sheets for
assigned brands
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or health
sciences
3-5 years of professional medical editing experience, including
fact-checking
Experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency is preferred
Strong medical editing skills and knowledge of AMA Manual of Style
and FDA guidelines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity
with online review platforms is a plus
