Job Description:

A company is looking for a Finance Lead to mature and scale its finance function.
Key Responsibilities

Own the finance function and ensure financial obligations are met on time
Develop and drive budget processes and financial discipline across the company
Provide financial visibility and insights through high-fidelity dashboards

Required Qualifications

MBA or Finance degree, and/or CPA
6+ years of experience in finance, with some previous experience in web3
Understanding of US tax and compliance in global organizations
Experience in establishing a finance function is a bonus
