Job Description:
A company is looking for a PFS Representative Ambulatory
Billing.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection
activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement
Research payments, denials, and account discrepancies, making
necessary appeals and corrections
Provide customer service to patients and internal clients,
resolving billing and payment issues effectively
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
One or more years of experience in patient financial services,
financial collections, or insurance industry processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and work
independently
Strong knowledge of common office software, including word
processing, spreadsheets, and databases
Preferred experience with the company's systems and cash
collections
